The 2010 Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA) ENTRY LICENSING
EXAM will be held in Nassau on March 22- 26 with the exam on March
27th. A second course will be held in October with the dates to be
announced. The cost is $1,050 and if you have any questions you can

The Grand Bahama BREA Board is
still working on bringing a Licensing course to Freeport, but they have not been given permission by the National Board to have their own course
this year.
