Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA) licensing course set for March 22nd to 26th

Notice to Brokers, Agents, Sales Associates and future BREA members in The Bahamas.
 
The 2010 Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA) ENTRY LICENSING EXAM will be held in Nassau on March 22- 26 with the exam on March 27th. A second course will be held in October with the dates to be announced.  The cost is $1,050 and if you have any questions you can contact June Fife at (242) 356-4578.
 
The Grand Bahama BREA Board is still working on bringing a Licensing course to Freeport, but they have not been given permission by the National Board to have their own course this year.
