Nassau, Bahamas - CIBC FirstCaribbean customers visiting their branch last Thursday were greeted with broader than usual smiles and an invitation to enjoy the table of sweet treats, refreshments, and other goodies as bank employees showed their appreciation of clients’ ongoing patronage.

Managing Director (Bahamas & TCI) Marie Rodland-Allen visited several branches, where she personally greeted and thanked clients and also used the opportunity address any banking concerns.

“Interacting with our clients is one of my favourite parts of the job. It’s important to us that they see us as not just their bank, but an ally for all of their personal financial needs and dreams. We thank our clients for their patronage and choosing us to be a part of their journey in making their financial dreams a reality,” she said, adding, “We choose today to celebrate that partnership.”

Adderley said, “This is why I bank with CIBC FirstCaribbean. Not for the policies, but for the people. They have good managers and professional employees who form personal relationships with their customers.”

In a message to staff to mark the day, CIBC FirstCaribbean Chief Executive Officer Colette Delaney said, “Every client is important to us and it is up to us to make them feel welcome. We must remember that everything we do is for their benefit, and never lose sight of the end point of all our efforts – the client.”
