Elite Model Look Bahamas selects Top 12 Finalists

Nassau, Bahamas - For the 30th consecutive year, Elite is organizing the most prestigious modeling contest in the world, offering thousands of girls between the ages of 14 and 22 the opportunity to achieve their dream and to follow in the footsteps of top models such as Cindy Crawford, Stephanie Seymour, Gisele Bundchen, Sigrid Agren, Constance Jablonski.

Elite Model Look Bahamas, brought to you by, Fab Factor Studio and in aid of The Bahamas Heart Association and Foundation, National Casting took place at A Stone's Throw Away on Sunday, August 11, 2013, bringing together the 35 girls selected during the 3 castings organised throughout The Bahamas.

The Elite Model Look Bahamas jury, Tessa-Simone Lightbourne; EML (Elite Model Look) Bahamas Director, DonnThompson; Fashion Photographer & EML Creative Director, Etienne Christen; Owner of Tommy Hilfiger and His Fashion, Cejay Hilton; Former Elite Model and Now Figure Model, revealed the 12 contestants who will participate in the national final, September 15, 2013 at Jacaranda House in Nassau:

-Jeffonia Bowleg - Nassau

-Jade Neily - Nassau

-Paige Mingo - Nassau

-Davinya Woods - Nassau

-Jessica Thompson - Nassau

-Isabel Taylor - Nassau

-Kristy Evans - Abaco

-Chantiyah Miller - Nassau

-Alexandra Pelanne - Grand Bahama

-Ereisha Mackey - Nassau

-Sasha Pyfrom - Nassau

-Shavon Nottage - Grand Bahama

Days of makeovers, photo shoots, fitness, fittings and rehearsals have been scheduled to introduce the contestants to the world of modelling.At the end of this intense preparation, they will be ready to walk the runaway for the National Final on September 15, 2013.

The winner will join the finalists from 60 other countries around the world and will participate in the prestigious World Final that will take place on November 27, 2013 in Shenzhen in China, with hopes of following in the footsteps of Cindy Crawford, Stephanie Seymour and Gisele Bundchen who have all started their modeling careers thanks to the Elite Model Look contest.
