Nassau - BE KIND MESSAGE : Honourary Chairperson of the Humane Society of Grand Bahama, Frances Singer-Hayward continues to take her BE KIND TO ANIMALS message throughout The Bahamas and the United States.

Hayward, center, was guest on Jones Communications Network's television show Platform this week. Co-host Godfrey Eneas, left, and Host Wendal Jones discussed Hayward's newly produces Public Service Announcement and the stray dog problem in the Bahamas.
