Nassau, Bahamas - The Alliance Francaise des Bahamas held its annual French Bastille Day celebrations on Wednesday, July 14th  at the Balmoral Club, Sandford Drive, with a gourmet buffet dinner and fine wines.

The evening was hosted by the new Honorary French Consul to the Bahamas and Alliance President, Mr. Dominique Lefevre.

Special guests included Sir Arthur Foulkes, Governor General and Lady Foulkes, Ambassador Louis Harold Joseph, Ambassador of Haiti and Dean of the Diplomatic Corps, Ambassador Tomas Guggenheim, Ambassador of Brazil and his wife, and Ambassador Nicole Avant, U.S. Ambassador to The Bahamas.
