Nassau, Bahamas - On Saturday, June 24, 2017 ALIV partnered with Friends of The Blood Bank in an effort to get people to donate blood to both hospitals in Nassau. Bahamians from all walks of life flocked to the Mall at Marathon between 10am-5pm to donate blood all in an effort to help save lives. The initiative is very important to ALIV so much so that the mobile telecommunications company has entered a three year partnership to assist Friends of the Blood Bank with all of their activities and supplies needed to put on these events. The company says, health and wellness also makes up one of seven pillars that ALIV focuses on when dealing with sponsorships. ALIV events, sponsorship and community manager, Bianca Bethel-Sawyer was one of many who gave blood on Saturday.
