A Special Key Presentation for Arawak Homes

NASSAU, Bahamas – Men, take note . . . this is how you surprise your wife.

William Cartwright set the bar exceptionally high for men everywhere after he recently surprised his new bride with . . . wait for it . . . her very own home.

Cartwright, better known by his stage name, Najie Dun, orchestrated the entire purchase with the help of Arawak Homes, all without saying a word to his wife, Jasonique.

The young bride stood in shock as she and her husband pulled up to an unknown house on June 1 to find close friends and family members standing at the entrance applauding.

It was at that moment that her husband made the big reveal.

But, that was just the beginning.

Senior staff from Arawak Homes and Senior Pastor of the couple’s home church, Kemp Road Ministries, Dr. Ivan Butler Jr. prepped themselves for a short program, reception and key presentation.

Arawak Homes VP of Sales, Dena Ingraham, First Caribbean Bank’s Director of Retail Banking, Gezel Farrington and President of Arawak Homes, Franon WiIson were all in attendance.

Mr. Wilson commended the young couple, particularly Mr. Cartwright, for the discipline and focus he showed in making his and his wife’s dream of home ownership a reality.

He congratulated Mr. Cartwright for holding on to the idea and hope that owning a home can happen at such a young age.

“What these clients did was dispel any negative thought and behavior that all young persons are not focused and choose to live lives that are only socially pleasing,” said the Arawak Homes president.

He also congratulated Mr. Cartwright’s parents, Mark and Lavern Cartwright, for raising “such a mature son who believes in providing for his family.”

“The support of his parents are to be commended as well and the example that was demonstrated to other family members and friends will forever be a benchmark for young people today,” said Mr. Wilson.

Transfiguration Baptist Church pastor, Rev. Dr. Stephen Thompson, later blessed the home and the young couple was presented with their keys and their insurance documents, provided by Sunshine Insurance (Agents & Brokers) Ltd.

Cartwright was very appreciative of his parents for their support and welcomed his new wife home.

This surprise home presentation was a first for Arawak Homes.

Mr. Wilson noted that educating the public about his company’s comprehensive services will continue to be a focus.
