Frontline hospitality executives learn about the world-class destination
Nassau, The Bahamas – Project Coordinator at Baha Mar, Alex Haley, shows executives of the Nassau Flight Services VIP Department the layout of the $3.5 billion Baha Mar resort. The executives were taken on an in-depth tour of the resort and learned about some of the exciting amenities at Baha Mar. In addition to its unprecedented multimillion dollar investment in service training, Baha Mar’s strong relationships with hospitality partners will be an important part of creating a world-class guest experience for visitors to the resort, from the moment they arrive in The Bahamas. Baha Mar is transforming the hospitality industry in The Bahamas and creating a culture of better-than-best service. “Visitors to Baha Mar will expect world-class service.
