Introducing Titans: Jomar, Davan, and Dionte

For the first time the Manhunt Bahamas finals will be held in the nation’s capital.  On October 12, 2014 the ballroom at Superclubs Breezes will play host to the Third Annual Manhunt Bahamas and First Manhunt Jr. Model Competition that brings aspiring Bahamian male models together on the runway to compete for the chance to represent the Bahamas internationally.  This will truly be a night to DISCOVER who among them will be named winner.

Joining this impressive field of models is TITAN #4  Jomar Miller who is  a graduate of Galilee Academy and is presently a Marine Mammal Specialist II.  Jomar is 29 years old, and stands 5 ft 11.  He enjoys several past-times which include running, swimming, basketball, cycling, reading, tech research, spirituality - non-religious, 'Love is my religion,' and community service. He is an Immediate Past President and Director of Professional Development in the Rotaract Club of Southeast Nassau Centennial.

He is focused on a career path and  aspires to become a model/ entrepreneur and start several charities including one that puts healthier snacks and meals in schools and fun exercises, "not only will I help to nourish their bodies and minds, but encourage them to be great and foster leadership and teamwork. Together Everyone Achieves More."

TITAN #6 Davin Johnson, is a child of the 90’s and celebrated his birthday this past June… he graduated Aquinas College in 2008 (ok ladies time to calculate his age) at BTVI he has a major in auto mechanics and a minor in collision repair.

Davin hopes that this opportunity becomes a shining light of inspiration for all young Bahamian men, in a sense that, it does not matter how big the dream is, but simply how hard you’re willing to work towards that dream to make it a reality.

He considers himself an amateur in his modeling career, debuting on the runway at "Fashion for a Cause" earlier this year, and later walked in a House of Raphelita fashion show, and the "Fashion 4 Foundation" charity show, all in Nassau.

One of his truest aspirations is to be a model. He works hard and constantly improving his craft, leaving no room for error; becoming a tough competitor through hard work, dedication and optimism.  He says, “I'm now at an entry level in the industry, however, I intend to push even more to further develop my talent and I intend to reach the top.”

TITAN #5 Dionte Burnside, is 23 years presently enrolled at the College of the Bahamas in a Business Management degree program.

He is a Toastmaster, an accomplished debater, and certified in customer service in hotel hospitality. Dionte says he loves exercise, has a strong passion and love for fashion, and enjoys a good read of murder novels.  This 6 ft aspiring runway and print model says he is pursuing his goal to one day own a men’s fashion and footwear store.

Manhunt Bahamas tickets go on sale this Monday, September 22, get your early as you DISCOVER which of these young men will be named the winner.  The models will compete in swimsuit, casual wear and formal wear and at the end of the night the judges would have selected a New Manhunt Bahamas title holder.
