Walk for the Cure to held in Abaco, Grand Bahama, and Nassau

For the First time The Annual CIBC FirstCaribbean Walk for the Cure Fun Run/Walk will be held in Marsh Harbour, Abaco. Join the bank as they come together with the Abaco community to support survivors and combat cancer! The walk will be held October 3rd 2015 and starts 7:00 A.M. at BAIC Park grounds. After the walk there will be a balloon release to celebrate the lives of those who lost their battle with cancer.

Route: Participants will leave from the BAIC Park Grounds to the airport roundabout and back.

Walk for the Cure, Freeport – October 3rd, 2015

The Annual CIBC FirstCaribbean Walk for the Cure Fun Run/Walk will be held in Freeport for the first time on October 3rd 2015. Join the bank as they come together with the Grand Bahama community to support survivors and combat cancer! The walk starts 7:00 A.M. at East Mall. After the walk there will be a balloon release to celebrate the lives of those who lost their battle with cancer.

Route: Participants will leave from East Mall walk to the court house and return.

Walk for the Cure, Nassau– October 4th, 2015

The 4th Annual CIBC FirstCaribbean Walk for the Cure Fun Run/Walk will be held October 4th 2015 7:00 A.M. at Goodman’s Bay Corporate Center in Nassau.

Route: Participants will leave from the Goodman’s Bay Corporate Centre head to Sandals and back.  The Survivor’s (short) route will be from the Goodman’s Bay Corporate Centre to Melia Resort and back.

For the first time ever, walks will also be held in Abaco, Eleuthera, and Freeport on October 3rd. Interested persons can contact their local CIBC FirstCaribbean branches for additional information.

Walk for the Cure, Governor’s Harbour, Eleuthera – October 3rd, 2015

The Annual CIBC FirstCaribbean Walk for the Cure Fun Run/Walk will be held in Governor’s Harbour for the first time October 3rd 2015. Join the bank as they come together with the Eleuthera community to support survivors and combat cancer! The walk starts 7:00 A.M. at the CIBC FirstCaribbean Governor’s Harbour. After the walk there will be a balloon release to honour those who lost their battle with cancer.

Route: Participants will leave from Governor’s Harbour CIBC FirstCaribbean Bank, head south on Queen’s Highway, turn on the Y-junction to Cupid’s Cay, take Bay Street up to BTC hill, come down Buccaneer Hill and return to the branch.

Registration is open to the public and is $20 for adults and $12 for children, which includes t-shirt, water and breakfast. Those interested can register at their local CIBC FirstCaribbean branch or by contacting Duquesa.dean@cibcfcib.com. All proceeds go to local cancer research and relief organizations.
