Nassau, Bahamas - It’s not every day that you hear a ladies' anthem coming from a Bahamian rapper, but with the lead single titled ‘Pussi’ or the radio friendly version, ‘Cookie’, Chase Fernander is proving that it’s #Necessary to listen to her new mixtape.

The song which was written by Fernander and El Padrino was also produced by El Padrino, and is a fun, infectious up-tempo club song, that’s perfect for the summer. The lyrics are very bold yet catchy, paired with heavy 808’s and creates a sound you just have to dance and sing along to.

Although there is no official release date for the mixtape yet, the 10 songs (6 originals and 4 remixes) will be sure to leave you wanting more. And with a first single like ‘Pussi’, it’s only right that it dropped on the first day of summer as it is definitely a song that girls sing in the mirror to while getting dressed for a night out.

In the song she proclaims she has her own stuff, and thanks to her catchy first single, she will likely own the summer too.
