Nassau, Bahamas - Veola Sophia releases her sophomore new single Pledge on March 30th. Veola Sophia music is a genre of music that is written particularly to express sentiments and ideas of people live. Veola Sophia songs have been successful in gaining mainstream popularity although it has not lost its core, despite the fact that the creation, performance and significance of this kind of music differs from one society to the other. It is played for various purposes, for religious or ceremonial purposes, for aesthetic purposes as well as for mainstream entertainment.

Despite the differences, a common theme, which is the worship and praise of God, Christ or the Holy Spirit, remains in all forms of gospel songs and is one of the reasons why Veola Sophia music inspires body & soul.  Veola Sophia a native from The Bahamas, began singing gospel music at the tender age of three in church in Nassau, Bahamas. Over the years Veola sang in numerous choirs and groups in The Bahamas, Jamaica and the USA. She always made her presence known as she was the featured lead soloist. A contemporary gospel artist at heart, Veola enjoys singing music of passion, love and inspiration that leads souls to Christ.

From this life long experience Veola was able to release her first single 100 meters that was co-written with Julien Believe. Veola encourages us to keep moving towards our destiny because it is only 100 Meters Away and now she is pledging to live her life for God and now challenges you to do the same. Veola continues to write, sing and minister music that inspires the soul.
