Nassau, Bahamas - On January 19th- 21st, 2010, the music students and teachers of the primary and high schools of The Bahamas will attend a free music lecture held at the Diplomat Centre. The presenter is Clifford Michael Brae Jr.

Mr. Brae a Lecturer from the University in San Francisco saw Troika's You In Music magazine in San Francisco and after meeting with Troika in Nashville decided to be apart of the lecture series scheduled for 2010 in Nassau, Bahamas and Nashville, Tennessee. Other presenters scheduled are Mr. Stephen Day in February and Dr. Philip Autry, Dean of Music at Fisk University Nashville, Tennessee and Troika Hanna CEO of You In Music - March 2010. A native New Yorker, Mr. Brae began his career on NYC’s Wall Street after graduating with a double Bachelors degree in Marketing and Advertising from the University of San Francisco. He currently also holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing from Madison University and currently a PhD Candidate in Marketing & Business Sciences. Having had strong marketing strategies and new business development, Mr. Brae has secured high profile corporate companies such as Harvest Media and Sumthing Distribution producing up to 65% increased revenue in achieving goals at previous companies. Mr. Brae began Hitman Records in 1991 and solidified a joint venture with SOLAR (Sounds of Los Angeles Records - "A Division of RCA Records").

Later in 1997, Hitman Records obtained distribution from Bayside Distribution. The record label then began a period of artist acquisition and development, which focused on Hip-Hop, Rap, R&B and Gospel genres. During this period, Mr. Brae represented well-known and established artists, such as Samuelle (double-platinum and Grammy award winning singer from the R&B group Club Nouveau) and Mac Dash Mone (former member of the double-platinum group Digital Underground).

In addition, Mr. Brae is also founder and CEO of MP4Player Inc. and co-founder-Chairman of Vision Distribution. Mr. Brae business entrepreneurship savviness has been harnessed in the academic world, as he has taught over 8 years business courses in Music Industry as an adjunct professor at several prestigious universities and colleges as UCLA (Entertainment Studies), San Francisco State University (MRI), University of the Pacific (Music Business), Dominican University of California, Globe Recording Institute to name a few.   If you can’t make his classes and /or hear him in a business seminar feel free learn his style through his book “Music Distribution; Selling Music in the New Entertainment Industry”.

Currently he is Chairman on the Board of Hitman Records, Inc. and Chairman of MP4Player Inc. and board member for AADA (American Asian Development Association.)
