Nassau, The Bahamas -  The Indian Bollywood film, "Blue"  wrapped early in The Bahamas on July 5th.  Part of the film was being shot in New Providence, and  the cast and crew returned to Mumbai, India for studio work. They leave for Thailand on August 5th for a 4-week shoot.  It is possible they could return for a couple of pick-up shots.

The photos featured here include the Bahamas Film Commissioner, Craig Woods; lead actor Akshay Kumar;  and director, Anthony D' Souza; and co-star, Sanjay Dutt.

Bollywood the informal term popularly used for the Mumbai -based Hindi-language film industry in India . The name is a blend of two words,   Bombay (the former name for Mumbai) and Hollywood .

Bollywood is often incorrectly used to refer to the whole of Indian cinema ; it is only a part of the Indian film industry. Bollywood is one of the largest film producers in the world and the largest in terms of number of films produced.
