Eden Gaitor, aged twelve.

Hello! Good morning, Good day. Good evening or good night.

As you see in the title my name is Eden. I am a very well behaved 12 year old. From the age of four I was already singing and getting voice training from my mother, Edith Clarke.   From there I grew up smart and talented, winning a lot of competitions, such as "The Jr. Miss Caribbean Bahamas", with drawing competitions, and the National Arts Soloist in my category, and I’ve even won athletic competitions. Not bad for an asthmatic!

My fight with asthma has made me strong. I believe there is nothing I can't do when I pray.

When I was ten years old I went to stay with my grandmother for a year, because of the help my family needed to assist with my illness. But I missed home, so I prayed to return to my mom and dad and my little brother and sister, Heaven and Zion. At age eleven I returned home to my family and living with my mom made me become a stronger Christian, although I have made some mistakes along the way.

Now I know what I have to do, I pray a lot and believe that God will listen to my prayers.

That’s why this summer I am writing all the scripts for my own children's Christian show called,

"Jesus’ Little Angels!" I want to help other children to trust God.

I do and He is doing so much cool stuff in my life.

Here are my answers to questions posed by The Bahamas Weekly:

What do I want to be when I grow up?

I want to be a successful gospel artist, not just when I am grown up; but starting whiles I am young.

How did I spend my summer?

I spent my summer performing, having a photo shoot, selling my c.ds and writing my own script for my own kid's show.

What can I tell you about my role in the film, and the film itself?

My mom is just finish writing her movie titled, "Broken". The movie is about a young girl who had a beautiful voice. She was molested as a child from her abusive father who killed her mother when she tried to escape from him. Ruth grew up in the orphanage and had to face many more tough times, but with God's help she made it through. This movie is so exciting and it’s even more exciting to know that I will be playing the role of Ruth when she was in her early teen. The first time I read the script, not even the whole thing. I found myself crying and then laughing and there were times when I was scared. This is the very first movie that I will be in. I hope that you will be watching. It is the best movie ever!

What grade am I in and what school do I attend?

I am going in grade eight and I attend Jack Hayward High School.

What are my hobbies?

I like to sing, play soccer, model, take pictures, draw run, pray, read and dance although I'm not really good at it; but I can follow a dance routine very well.

If I can meet anyone in the world, who would it be?

If I can meet anyone I would meet, oh this is not a hard one at all! I would definitely want to meet Jesus in person.

If I can change anything in the world, what would it be?

If I could of change anything in the world, I would change the hearts of wicked people.

A message from Edith Clarke, Eden's mother:

I can't remember a time when Eden didn't love praying, performing, and succeeding.

She is a role model, even to me. I watched my daughter fight with severe asthma from when she was eleven months old. She remains on the honour role at school, writes in her daily journal, expresses herself in fabulous drawings and songs. Eden’s voice is so anointed and blessed I have witnessed on a number of occasions tears falling from the eyes of her audience, and I myself have had to forced back a few tears.

With no fear, her eyes are glued on success. Sometimes I find myself looking up to Eden because she is always motivated to progress, and filled with billions of questions - Eden loves to learn.

I feel blessed to be Eden’s mother. I play my part by giving her as much training as I can, being a singer, writer, coordinator and director myself. God knew what he was doing. She came to save me, so that we can help others. Before, I had Eden I was just a woman. After I had Eden I became a mother. She has taught me how to fight. I now have three children Eden, Zion and Heaven. When I went through my most challenging times, Eden forced me to be responsible and fight against post-partum depression as well as drug and alcohol addiction.

I have found reward in dedicating my life to God and to my family, and I never knew I could be this happy. To be honest with you the film ministry group that I founded, "Holy Word Entertainment", is a product of a battle that my daughter Eden has helped me to win through her powerful prayers. God has rehabilitated her mother.

This is why as long as she is willing; I will do everything in my power to assist her in achieving her goals. God is with us. We started out with just a sponsor sheet, and now we have completed a single, including three songs; a music video; developed a entertainment group associated with other rehabilitation groups such as The Salvation Army and the West Grand Bahama Youth Development Association; and also, as of September, we will be on a local Cool 96 radio show with Maybelle Smith of Apostolic International Ministries.

Eden goes out and markets her DVDs and CDs on her own. She is amazed with the gifts and talents the Lord is manifesting through her.

Eden has an upcoming TV show "Jesus’ Little Angel" we are still seeking sponsors for. Eden and I have just completed a single that we dedicate to all wonderful fathers entitled, "I Love My Daddy", and this song can also be heard on YouTube.com   The video will be released after the complete editing of the movie, “My Choice”, promoted and produced by "Holy Word Entertainment" group and K.K. Productions.

I’d like to thank all those who already have donated funds to help us to grow in this new venture. In advance I would like to thank those who in the future will support our media ministry. Eden and I are going into homes through this media and restoring broken families. God bless.

If you can't afford to help financially, please remember us in your prayers and I know God will provide. Holy Word Entertainment is a non- profit group that is geared toward rehabilitating families.

Together we stand, divided we fall.
