Nassau, Bahamas - The  BahamaHealth 100-Day Challenge Fun Walk & Health Fair is set to take place on Saturday, July 4th.

We are giving persons the opportunity to register for the walk in advance (at no cost -- the day's events are all FREE).

REGISTRATION will take place on Thursday, July 2nd, and Friday, July 3rd from 10am to 2pm at the Financial Centre, at the corner of East Bay and Church Streets (Nassau).

It is a FREE event and will start at 6:00 a.m. with a Fun Walk (from the Family Guardian Financial Centre) and will take walkers across the first Bridge to Paradise Island, back over the second Bridge back to New Providence, to Montague, down Shirley Street, and back to the Financial Centre.

The Health Fair will commence at 8:00 a.m. with a number of scheduled live aerobics demonstrations as well as performances by the local Karate club, Nassau Nastics and the two local dance studios. It will be a day of healthy eats & drinks (light fare) prizes & surprises, games and entertainment for the kids (with a clown, face painting and 'Health' bingo), music, and much more!
