Get ready Grand Bahama! The
BahamaHealth 30-Day Challenge was designed to encourage
BahamaHealth's clients and the public to take an active role in
achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle and to bring awareness
and solutions to the health risks associated with obesity. Regular
weigh-ins and blood pressure and glucose testing will help participants
keep track of their progress, and once weekly, early morning walks, and
instructional newsletters will reinforce the importance of a healthy
diet and regular exercise!
Registration will take place on Thursday, October 1, 2009 from
9:00a.m to 6:00p.m at Family Guardian located at the Regent Centre, Freeport.
