GENERAL SITUATION: A strong cold front in the vicinity of the Extreme
Northwest Bahamas will move through the remaining islands today with
cooler temperatures and brisk winds in its wake.
Monday 23rd –
Partly to mostly cloudy and windy with scattered showers and isolated
thunderstorms; windy and a bit cool tonight in the Northwest Bahamas and
variable cloudiness and breezy with a few scattered showers and
isolated thunderstorms mainly across the Central Bahamas through
tonight. Maximum Temperature 81°F and Minimum Temperature 70°F. Small
Craft Advisory in effect for the Northwest Bahamas and will come into
effect for the Central Bahamas by tonight. Winds NNW-NNE 15-35 knots in
the northern islands and W at 10 knots or less today becoming 15-25
knots in the Central Bahamas and NW-N 10-15 knots in the Southeast
Bahamas. Seas 5-8 feet over the ocean in the Northwest Bahamas and 3
feet or less increasing 5-8 feet over the ocean in the Central Bahamas
and 2-4 feet in the remainder of the country.

Partly cloudy and windy in the Northwest & Central Bahamas with the
chance of isolated showers and cloudy to overcast and windy with
scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms in the southeast islands.

of isolated showers and cloudy to overcast and windy with scattered
