News Item On Tropical Depression Joyce Issued By The Bahamas Department Of Meteorology Forecast Office Section, At 6pm Monday 17th September 2018.

…Joyce Continues As A Depression Turning Southeast…

At 5:00pm Edt, The Center Of Tropical Depression Joyce Was Located Near Latitude 33.7°north And Longitude 27.4° West Or About 300 Miles South Of The Azores.

Tropical Depression Joyce Is Moving Toward The Southeast At 8 Mph And This Motion Is Expected To Continue While Turning Toward The South On Tuesday And Southwest On Wednesday And Thursday.

Maximum Sustained Winds Remain Near 35 Miles Per Hour (Mph) With Higher Gusts. Some Weakening Is Forecast During The Next 48 Hours, And Joyce Is Forecast To Become A Remnant Low On Tuesday.
