From:TheBahamasWeekly.com Grand Bahama District Reports are that on Saturday 3rd October 2015 shortly after 6:00pm, police received information that a male while in the area of the Freeport Ridge Estates was shot in the upper back area by a male who is known to him. The male victim made good his escape and was able to seek help. He was later taken to the Rand Memorial Hospital via EMS personnel where he was seen by doctor and is listed in serious condition.
