Police in Grand Bahama Island are investigating a traffic accident that has left a 19 year old male of Holmes Rock dead.
The incident reportedly occurred around 10:00pm on Monday 25th July 2016 and involved a 2002 Range Rover and a silver 2006 Chevy Cobalt.
Reports are that both vehicles were travelling on East Sunrise Highway when the accident occurred. The driver of the silver Chevy Cobalt received serious injuries and was pronounced dead by doctor at the Rand Memorial Hospital. The driver of the Range Rover received injuries and was taken to the Rand Memorial Hospital via EMS personnel for further medical attention.
Police are actively investigating this matter.
