Freeport, Bahamas - Sheldon Bodie age 25 years of Pinedale, Eight Mile Rock was arraigned on Thursday 4th August 2016 before Magistrate Debbye Ferguson in Magistrate Court #1 on Murder charge and (3) counts of Armed Robbery. He was not required to enter a plea and the matter was adjourned to the 10th October 2016 for trial.
He was also arraigned for Assault with a Dangerous Instrument and pleaded not guilty. This matter was also adjourned to the 10th October 2016.
He was remanded to the Bahamas Department of Correctional Services until trial.
Sheldon Bodie was also arraigned before Magistrate Charlton Smith in Magistrate Court #2 on Possession of a Firearm and Possession of Ammunition charges. He pleaded not guilty to the charges and the matter was adjourned to the 11th October 2016 for trial.
