Eight Mile Rock, Grand Bahama Island - (Sept 21) Paul Bellizar age 28 years of Pinedale, Eight Mile Rock,Allan Alcime age 22 years of Take Me Corner, Hanna Hill, Eight Mile Rock,Devaughn Hall age 22 years of Pinedale, Eight Mile Rock and Virgil Hall age 23 years of Grenfell Avenue, Freeport, were all arraigned before Magistrate Gwendolyn Claude in the Magistrate Court in Eight Mile Rock on the charge of two counts of Murder and (1) count of Armed Robbery.
They were not allowed to enter a plea as these were indictable charges. The case was adjourned to December 12th 2015 where the matter will proceed by Voluntary Bill of Indictment. They were all remanded to The Bahamas Department of Correctional Services until trial.
Allen Alcime and Virgil Hall were also arraigned on (1) count of Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm and (1) count of Possession of Ammunition. They both pleaded not guilty and the matter was adjourned to the 20th January 2016 for trial.
These matters are in connection to the incident that occurred on Saturday 12thSeptember 2015.
