The culprit is described as standing at 5’7” in height, slim built, dark complexion, clad in a black long pants and a grey sweat shirt with a cloth covering his face. Police are actively investigating and are appealing to the general public for anyone with any information that can assist in their investigation to call them at telephone numbers, Central Detective Unit 350-3107 thru 12, 919/911 or call your nearest police station.
