Grand Bahama police report 3 stabbing incidents and robbery with violence

“STABBING INCIDENTS – GRAND BAHAMA”

Police in Grand Bahama are investigation three stabbing incidents:

The first incident occurred on Thursday 2nd July 2015 shortly before 1:00pm, a female of Russell Yard, Eight Mile Rock reported that while at her residence she was stabbed to the upper thigh and forearm by a male known to her.

The second incident occurred on Thursday 2nd July 2015 shortly before 6:00pm, a male reported that while on Bass Lane, he was stabbed to the chest with an unknown object by a male known to him. He is said to be listed in guarded condition by doctors at the Rand Memorial Hospital.

The third incident occurred at 6:00pm, a male reported that while on Bass Lane he was involved in an altercation with two males, one known to him, when he was hit about the body several times with a cutlass, He was taken to the Rand Memorial Hospital where he was seen by doctor and his injuries are listed as serious.

“ROBBERY WITH VIOLENCE – GRAND BAHAMA”

Reports are that on Friday 3rd July 2015 shortly before 1:00am, police were called to the Coral Road area where they met a male who reported that he was beaten about the body by a group of males and robbed of cash, jewelry and a cell phone.
