Police in Grand Bahama are investigating the death of a 22 year old male of Freeport, Bahamas.
Reports are that on Saturday 6th August 2016 shortly after 4:00am, police and EMS personnel were called to an area near a business establishment on East Sunrise Highway where they met a male lying in the street with stab wounds to the upper body. EMS personnel transported the victim to the Rand Memorial Hospital where he later succumbed to this injuries.
Police are actively investigating this matter and are appealing to the public for anyone with any information that can assist with this investigation to contact them at telephone numbers 350-3107 thru12, 911/919 or call your nearest police station.
Police are also urging anyone who may have any information regarding any crime, no matter how small or insignificant (the tip) may seem, to anonymously call Police at 919 or CRIME STOPPERS at 328-TIPS (8477)
