Marijuana fields found in Chesapeake area of Grand Bahama

Freeport, Bahamas - Police in Grand Bahama uncovers large marijuana field in the Chesapeake area.

Reports are that on Monday 17th April 2017 shortly before 8:00pm, Officers of the Fire Department were in the Chesapeake area extinguishing a large bush fire, when they discovered in bushes over 100 suspected marijuana plants ranging between seedlings to four feet in height. No arrest were made and Officers from the Drug Enforcement Unit are investigating this matter.
