Philippine national dies by electrocution on vessel at Freeport Harbour

Freeport, The Bahamas - Police in Grand Bahama are investigating the death of a Philippine crew member on board a foreign vessel.

Reports are that on Tuesday 2nd February 2016 shortly after 8:00am, police were called to a vessel at the Freeport Harbour, where they met the body of a male crew member on board, who was reportedly electrocuted while the vessel was out at sea.

EMS responded and reported no signs of life. Police are investigating this matter.
