RBPF Grand Bahama: Possession of dangerous drugs - Stolen property recovered

POSSESSION OF DANGEROUS DRUGS WITH INTENT TO

SUPPLY ARREST – GRAND BAHAMA

Officers of Rapid Response arrest (9) males from the Philippines and Peru for Possession of Dangerous Drugs with the intent to supply.

Reports are that on Sunday 8th July 2018 shortly after 2:00am, Officers of Rapid Response, acting on information and armed with a search warrant went to an apartment complex on Waterfall Drive, where they discovered a duffle bag containing (5) packages, each containing suspected cocaine. All persons were arrested and taken into police custody.

The weight of the suspected cocaine is 12 lbs. and the estimated street value is $75,000.

STOLEN PROPERTY RECOVERED AND A MALE SUSPECT
ARRESTED BY POLICE – GRAND BAHAMA

Stella policing by officers of the Eastern Division and Rapid Response, resulted in the arrest of one male and the recovery of stolen items.

Reports are that on Saturday 7th July 2018 shortly before 6:00pm, Officers of the Eastern Division and Rapid Response, acting on information and armed with a search warrant went to a residence on Catamaran Avenue, where they recovered a quantity of stolen items. A male of that residence was arrested and taken into police custody.
