Grand Bahama suspects arraigned on housebreaking and stealing

Freeport, Grand Bahama - Four suspects were arraigned before Magistrate Debbye L. Ferguson in Magistrate Court #1 in Freeport, Grand Bahama on Tuesday 30th June 2015. They are; 33 year old Errol Miller, 28 year old Tex Taylor, 18 year old Travan Barry and 19 year old Daryl Simmons, all of South Bahamia, Grand Bahama. They were arraigned on (2) counts of Housebreaking and (2) counts of Stealing from a dwelling house while being concerned together. Tex Taylor was also arraigned on an additional (1) count of Housebreaking and (1) count of Stealing from a dwelling house. They all pleaded not guilty to the charges and the matter was adjourned to Wednesday 1st July 2015 for bail hearing.

Attorney Carlson Shurland assisted by attorney Ashley Evans represented Daryl Simmons and Errol Miller.

This is in connection with matters that were reported to the police between the 19th June 2015 and 21st June 2015.
