RBPF Grand Bahama: 54 year old male arrested for possession of dangerous drugs with the intent to supply

(50) .40 ammunition discovered by Drug Enforcement Unit Officers in Grand Bahama.

Freeport, Grand Bahama - Reports are that on Wednesday 19th December 2018 shortly before 10:00am, Drug Enforcement Unit officers acting on information, proceeded to the rear of the International Bazaar in a bushy  area where they discovered in a plastic bag (50) .40 rounds of ammunition. There were no arrest made in this matter.

Officers of the North Eastern Police Station arrest a 54 year old male after he was found in possession of dangerous drugs.

Reports are that on Thursday 20th December 2018 shortly before 2:00am, officers of the North Eastern Police Station while on mobile patrol in the area of East Sunrise Highway, stopped a Dodge Caravan Taxi with a lone driver and discovered in a cooler (2) plastic bags containing a quantity of suspected marijuana. He was taken into police custody and is expected to be arraigned before the Magistrate Court this week.
