Freeport, Grad Bahama - Police are searching for two males who they want to question in connection with an armed robbery and shooting incident.
Reports are that on Wednesday 10th September 2014 shortly after 1:00am, a male was reportedly on East Atlantic Drive when he was approached by two males whom he described as being 6’1” in height with light skin and wearing a blue hoodie and the other he described as standing at 5’10” in height wearing a dark colored hoodie and armed with a handgun. He reportedly ran upon seeing the perpetrators and as a result was shot in the leg. He was then searched and robbed of $2,100.00 (twenty one hundred dollars) in cash. The men then fled the area. The victim was taken to the Rand Memorial Hospital in a private vehicle and his condition is listed as stable.
Police are investigating the matter.
