FOUND AMMUNITION – GRAND BAHAMA
Freeport, Grand Bahama - Reports are that on Wednesday 3rd February 2016 shortly after 12:00pm, Officers of the Central Detective Unit acting on information went to an area on Pioneers Way where they uncovered (22) shotgun shells. No arrest was made in this matter, police are investigating.
SUSPECT ARRAIGNED ON NUMEROUS COUNTS OF HOUSEBREAKING – GRAND BAHAMA
Chris Ferguson age 29 years of Eight Mile Rock, was arraigned before Magistrate Debbye Ferguson in Magistrate Court #1 on (6) counts of Housebreaking. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to (2) years at the Bahamas Department of Correctional Services.
He was also further arraigned before Magistrate Charlton Smith in Magistrate Court #2 on (5) counts of Housebreaking, he pleaded guilty and was sentenced to (2) years at the Bahamas Department of Correctional Services. Both sentences to run consecutively.
