RBPF Grand Bahama: Four Suspects arraigned on armed robbery charges

Freeport, Grand Bahama - Police in Grand Bahama today arraigned four suspects in the Freeport Magistrate Court on numerous armed robbery charges.

Thomas Tucker age 19 years of Bayshore Road, Eight Mile Rock
Richard Munnings age 24 years of Oats Lane
Jermico Ferguson a.k.a Tameico Farquharson age 27 years of Drumfish Street Delroy Hepburn age 24 years of Pinedale, Eight Mile Rock

They were all arraigned before Magistrate Debbye Ferguson in Magistrate Court #1 on (1) count of Armed Robbery, (1) count of Conspiracy to commit Armed Robbery, Receiving and Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm. They were not required to enter a plea, a preliminary enquiry into this matter will be held on the 1st October 2014. They were all remanded to Her Majesty’s Prison in New Providence.

Jermico Ferguson was also charged with Deceit of a Public Officer. He pleaded not guilty to the charge and was granted cash bail in the amount of $1,000.00 one thousand dollars.

Jermico Ferguson and Delroy Hepburn was arraigned before Magistrate Charlton Smith in Magistrate Court #2 in Freeport, Grand Bahama for (2) counts of Armed Robbery. They were not required to enter a plea; preliminary enquiry into this matter will be held on the 10th November 2014. They were remanded to Her Majesty’s Prison in New Providence. This is in connection with two matters that were reported to the police on the 23rd June 2014.

Delroy Hepburn was also arraigned before Magistrate Gwendolyn Claude in the Eight Mile Rock Magistrate Court with (1) count of Armed Robbery. He was not required to enter a plea, a preliminary enquiry into this matter will be held on 6th November 2014, this is in connection with a matter that was reported to the police on the 21st May 2014.He was remanded to Her Majesty’s Prison in New Providence.
