RBPF Grand Bahama: Possession of an Illegal Firearm and Ammunition Arrest

Freeport, Grand Bahama - Reports are that on Tuesday 12th June 2018 shortly after 10:00pm, officers of Rapid Response Unit, while armed with a search warrant, went to an apartment on Bass Lane where they discovered a black .380 pistol with a magazine containing six rounds of .380 ammunition. A 19 year old male was arrested and taken into police custody. He is expected to be arraigned before the Magistrate Court this afternoon.
