RBPF Grand Bahama: Possession of dangerous drugs

Freeport, Bahama - A 27 year old male of South Bahamia is in police custody after he was found in possession of a quantity of dangerous drugs.

Reports are that on Thursday 7th December 2017 shortly before 5:00pm, a 27 year old male while taking preparatory steps to travel to the U.S.A presented himself at security checkpoint at the Freeport Harbor, where he was found in possession of 2.5 lbs. of suspected cocaine with a street value of $25,000.00.

Police are actively investigating this matter.
