Freeport, Grand Bahama - Police in Grand Bahama are investigating an incident that has left a male with stab wounds about the body.
Reports are that on Monday 24th November 2014 shortly before 3:00am, police received information that a male while at his residence in the Eight Mile Rock area reported that a man who was described as slim built, wearing a mask and armed with a knife had entered his home, a struggle ensued between he and the intruder that resulted in him being stabbed about the body. EMS personnel were called to the scene and he is said to be listed in serious condition at the Rand Memorial Hospital.
Police are investigating and are appealing to the general public for anyone with information that can assist them with their investigation to contact the Central Detective Unit at telephone numbers 350-3107/8,911/919 or call your nearest police station.
