Grand Bahama “Structual Fire at a School" in Grasmere Subdivision

Freeport, Grand Bahama - On Tuesday 30th September 2014 sometime around 7:30am, police received information about a structural fire at a school located in the Grasmere Subdivision area. Officers of the Fire Department responded and reported upon arrival observed fire and smoke damages that were confined to several rooms to the school. The reported estimated loss/or damages are $80,000.00 (eighty thousand dollars).
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time, police are actively investigating this matter.
