Freeport, Bahamas - Damargio Whymms age 24 years of #3 Flamingo Garden, New Providence, was arraigned before Magistrate Charlton Smith in Magistrate Court #2 on the charge of Murder and Conspiracy to Commit Murder.
He was not required to enter a plea, due to the nature of the charges. Bail was denied and the matter was adjourned to Monday 17th December 2018. He was remanded to the Department of Correctional Services until trial.
