Suspect pleads guilty to firearm and ammunition charges in Grand Bahama

Freeport, Grand, Bahama - Douglas Edward Finlay age 58 years, Kylin Finlay age 22 years, Kyle Edward Finlay age 28 years and Alexandria Dominique Richardson age 28 years, all of #3 Yorkshire Drive, were arraigned before Magistrate Charlton Smith in Magistrate Court #2 on Friday 12th February 2016 for Possession of Firearm, (2) counts of Possession of Ammunition and Possession of Dangerous Drug with the intent to supply namely Indian Hemp.

Kyle Finlay pleaded guilty to all charges, was convicted and sentenced to (1) year for Possession of Dangerous Drugs with the intent to supply and (30) months for Possession of Firearm and Ammunition charges. Sentences to run concurrently. Charges were withdrawn for the other defendant.

They were all represented by attorney Carlson Shurland.
