RBPF Grand Bahama: Suspects Arraigned on Conspiracy to Commit Robbery

TWO MEN ARRAIGNED BEFORE THE MAGISTRATE COURT IN GRAND BAHAMA ON CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT ROBBERY AND OTHER RELATED MATTERS.

Corradon Cockburn age 30 years of #7 Mangrove Avenue, New Providence and Deigo Carey age 23 years #33 Soldier Road, New Providence, was arraigned on Tuesday 7th August 2018 before Deputy Chief Magistrate Debbye Ferguson in Magistrate Court #1 on the charge off:

1. Conspiracy to Commit Robbery

They both pleaded not guilty.

Corradon Cockburn was also arraigned on the charge of:

2. Possession of Proceeds of Criminal Conduct

He pleaded not guilty.

Diego Carey was also arraigned on the charge of:


3. Receiving

He pleaded not guilty.

All matters are expected to proceed by Voluntary Bill of Indictment and were adjourned to Thursday 4th October 2018. Bail was denied and both defendants were remanded to the Bahamas Department of Correctional Services until trial.

These are all matters in connection with the Robbery of John Bull on Monday 23rd July 2018.
