Grand Bahama murder suspects arraigned

Freeport, Grand Bahama - Emajane Fritzgerald age 34 years and Claudette Smith age 55 years, both of #142 Limewood Lane was arraigned on Murder and Conspiracy to Commit Murder charge on Monday 17th August 2015 in Magistrate Court #1, before Magistrate Debbye L. Ferguson in Freeport, Grand Bahama.

Both were not required to enter a plea, a preliminary enquiry into the matter will be heard on December 7th 2015 at 10:00am. They were both remanded to The Bahamas Department of Correctional Services until trial and were represented by attorney Kwazi Thompson.

This is in connection with a matter that was reported to police on the 11th August 2015.
