RBPF Grand Bahama: Suspects arraigned before Magistrate Court #2

Four suspects were arraigned before Magistrate Charlton Smith in Magistrate Court #2 on Attempted Murder, Possession of a firearm with the intent to endanger life, Causing Grievous Harm and Causing Harm charges.

Shannon Johnson age 25 years of #144 Limewood Lane was charged with Attempted Murder, (2) counts of Possession of a firearm with the intent to endanger life, Causing Grievous Harm and Causing Harm.

Antonio Morley age 21 years of #144 Limewood Lane was charged with (2) counts of Possession of a firearm with the intent to endanger life, Causing Grievous Harm and Causing Harm.

Claude Vilsaint age 25 years of Tasmin Circle was charged with (2) counts of Possession of firearm with the intent to endanger life, Causing Grievous Harm and Causing Harm.

A 17 year old juvenile was also arraigned on (2) counts of Possession of a firearm with the intent to endanger life, Causing Grievous Harm and Causing Harm.
They were all not required to enter a plea, but was remanded to the Bahamas Department of Correctional Services until Tuesday 27th February 2018 for trial.
