Grand Bahama suspects arraigned on murder charge and possession of dangerous drugs with the intent to supply

Freeport, Grand Bahama - Tranard Tristin Nicholls age 23years and Dorothy Mae Nicholls age 59 years both of #20 Spinney Road, Freeport, Grand Bahama were both arraigned before Magistrate Rengin Johnson in Magistrate Court #3 on Possession of Dangerous Drugs with the Intent to Supply charge. They both pleaded not guilty to the charge, bail was denied and the matter was adjourned to the 22nd February 2016.

Tranard Tristin Nicholls age 23 years of #20 Spinney Road was also arraigned on the charge of Murder. He was not allowed to enter a plea as the matter is an indictable offence, the matter was adjourned to the 22nd February 2016 for trial. Bail was denied. He was remanded to The Bahamas Department of Correctional Services in New Providence.

They were represented by Attorney Carlson Shurlund.

Omar Penn age 36 years of Lady Fish Court, Caravel Beach was arraigned on Murder charge before Magistrate Gwendolyn Claude in Magistrate Court in Eight Mile Rock. He was not allowed to enter a plea as the matter is an indictable offense. The matter was adjourned to the 22nd February 2016 for trial. The accuse was remanded to The Bahamas Department of Correctional Services in New Providence until trial.

He was represented by attorney Osbourn Johnson.
