Freeport, The Bahamas - Dr. Gerald Mark Forbes age 46 years of #58 Epsom Road, Freeport Grand Bahama and #45 Town Court, Nassau, New Providence was arraigned on Monday 23rd March 2015 before Acting Magistrate Rengin Johnson in Magistrate Court #3 on Rape and Indecent Assault charges.
He pleaded not guilty and was granted bail in the sum of $5,000.00 five thousand dollars with (1) surety for the Indecent Assault charge and on the Rape charge bail was denied, he was remanded to Her Majesty’s Prison in New Providence.
Both matters were adjourned to the 5th May 2015 for trial. He was represented by attorney Simone Brown.
