From:TheBahamasWeekly.com Grand Bahama District He pleaded not guilty and was granted bail in the sum of $5,000.00 five thousand dollars with (1) surety for the Indecent Assault charge and on the Rape charge bail was denied, he was remanded to Her Majesty’s Prison in New Providence. Both matters were adjourned to the 5th May 2015 for trial. He was represented by attorney Simone Brown.
