Freeport, Bahamas - Two males are in hospital after two separate incidents on Saturday 29th October 2016.
The first incident occurred shortly after 8:00pm, two males who are known to each other where involved in an altercation in the Deadmans Reef area when one of the male was stabbed multiple times about the body. He is hospitalized in serious condition. A male suspect is assisting police with their investigation into this matter.
The second incident occurred shortly after 10:00pm, a male was brought into the Rand Memorial Hospital suffering from gunshot wounds to the body. He is listed in serious condition. Two suspects are in custody assisting police with their investigation.
Police are actively investigating this matter and are appealing to the general public for anyone with any information that can assist them in their investigation to call the police at telephone 350-3107 thru12, 911/919 or contact your nearest police station.
Police are also urging anyone who may have any information regarding any crime, no matter how small or insignificant (the tip) may seem, to anonymously call Police at 919 or CRIME STOPPERS at 328-TIPS (8477)
