Freeport, Grand Bahama - On Friday 1st May 2015, Officers of the Eight Mile Rock Division were called to an area in Sea Grape, Eight Mile Rock, where they met a male with stab wounds about the body. Reports are that the victim was involved in an altercation with a female, when a 17 year old male, who is a relative of the female, stabbed him about the body.
EMS personnel were called to the scene and the victim was transported to the Rand Memorial Hospital where his injuries are listed as serious. A short time later the 17 year old juvenile of Sea Grape, Eight Mile Rock turned himself in at the Eight Mile Rock Police Station along with a relative. He is presently assisting police with their investigation into this matter.
Investigations are continuing.
