Nassau, Bahamas - This morning, Friday 3rd February, 2012, a 52 year old male of the United States will be transported to New Providence to be formally arraigned in the Firearms Court on relevant charges for possession of ammunitions.
The foreign national was attempting to leave Grand Bahama Island on Thursday 2nd February, 2012 at 10:00am when a routine security check was made of his bag and the discovery of a .45 Glock magazine with six (6) live rounds of .45 ammunitions was made. The police was summoned to the International Section of the Freeport International Airport where the man was arrested and taken into police custody along with the ammunitions shortly after the discovery.
