Two males in hospital after shooting incident in Grand Bahama

Freeport, Bahamas - Police in Grand Bahama are investigating a shooting incident that has left two males hospitalized.

Reports are that on Thursday 19th January 2017, shortly after 10:00pm, a male reported that while at his business establishment on East Beach Drive along with his son, he observed three males on the property, two of whom reportedly approached him and as a result he discharged his licensed shot gun which resulted in both males sustaining injuries to the lower body. They were transported to the Rand Memorial Hospital via EMS and are listed in guarded condition.

The male and his son are assisting police with their investigation into this matter.
